Q: Hi, if we decide not to purchase themepark tickets, we will not get transportation to the themepark location and since themepark is the last visit before airport, we will not get airport dropoff either in this case? Pls confirm. Thanks.

You will have the airport drop off even if you do not purchase the theme park tickets. If you wish you to fly out of LAX airport on the same day, please arrange US domestic flight after 9:30pm, international flight after 10:30pm.

1. There is no actual tour itinerary on this tour in Las Vegas. You will have free time in Las Vegas from 2:00pm on.
2. You will visit the North rim of the Grand Canyon for this tour.
3. Cooper Canyon is not covered in this tour.
4. The 5% group discount is offered to groups of 10 or more.
5. We do not understand what you mean by a foreign travel company. However, the tour provider for the tour will be confirmed after your reservation is confirmed online.

For your group, you will have to have 2 rooms for this tour, as the maximum in any hotel room used on tour is 4 people, regardless of age.

Yes, you will have time to go on the Bay cruise.
Unfortunately, Stanford University is far from China Town.
You need to stay with the tour.
If you do leave the tour while they are at Stanford, you will have to make your own way back to the hotel.

We allow one carry-on and one stored luggage.
We do offer pick up at hotels.

Q: Hi. I'm planning to take this tour next 28th of May 2012 but I'll be traveling alone. As I can see I can ask for your help to find a room mate to share the room and tour price. And if you find someone, you would change for the lower price. But, by making the reservation with credit card for the full initial amount USD 780 aprox to USD 538, how and when do you refund that money?? On the other hand, I'll be already in SF so would like to know in which hotel could I join the tour??? and finally I'll like to take a bus from LA to SF in the last day. We suggest you find a travel companion before booking the tour online, as refunding the cost later is much harder.
For refunds:
The travel companion will have to make their half of the payment, usually by Paypal or some other payment option.
Once we receive their payment, we will refund half of your payment.
If you are already in San Francisco, please review the pickup times and locations:
Citigarden Hotel or Best Western Grosvenor at 8:50am for the city tour or go to 391 Sutter Street Suite #504 San Francisco, CA 94108 at 10am.
Yes, you will have to book the shuttle separately from the tour, as it is not included.

Tour bus usually comes back at the hotel around 8:00pm.
Distances between locations vary.
However, the bus will make rest stops every 2-3 hours while on tour.
You need to contact Taxi Company to find out about pricing.
